This policy explains what Cambridge Eavestrough collects when you ask for eavestrough help in Cambridge, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.

Information you give us

From the form: your name, phone number, email, and the address and the details of the job. From a phone call: the number you called from, the time, and any voicemail you leave along with its automatic transcript.

Where it goes

Your details go to a single independent eavestrough contractor serving Cambridge — the one who will quote on your eavestrough installation & replacement, fascia & soffit rot repair, eavestrough repair & re-sloping or similar job — and to no one else. That eavestrough contractor works under their own insurance and any licence the trade requires.

Cookies

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to handle the request, plus a reasonable period for follow-up and our records. Voicemail recordings are purged on a rolling schedule.
